My kids spent several years doing Taekwondo as "homeschool phys-ed". While they gravitated to other interests, those years doing Taekwondo were very well-spent. The following information on a local class was forwarded to me:
SUN TAEKWONDO is a Taekwondo school located at 1342
Auburn Road, Dacula, 30019 and our goal is to give the best of our
knowledge in Martial Arts to the community. The owner Grand Master
Chung (9th Degree Black Belt) has more that 50 years of experience not
just instructing Martial Arts but helping people of all ages to discover
their inner power.
As a members of the community and firmer believers of
the benefits in the regular practice of Martial Arts, we would like to
offer you special classes to home schooled children and their parents,
classes that will nurture their mind and body. We invite you and home
school groups to come and try a class for free.
We offer Taekwondo classes for children, teenagers and
adults, Self Defense, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, After School Program, Home
school Program, Field Trips, Birthday Parties. We open Monday ~
Saturday mornings and afternoons. Please don't hesitate to call us and
schedule your visit and if there is anything else that we can do to
support you and homeschool families, please let us know.
