The Atlanta Math Circle (www.atlantamathcircle.com) is a newly formed
circle serving the Atlanta metro area. Math circles have a long tradition
in European countries and are spreading rapidly throughout the U.S. (**
www.mathcircles.org* *). They bring
university, business and student peer community together to introduce bright
young learners to the beauty of mathematics and problem solving. Regular
meetings include time to work on problem solving skills, enjoy mathematical
puzzles and games and learn from local mathematicians.
